AUL should at least pretend that it is nonpartisan in its political affilitation instead of being blatantly Republican. I have not seen anything in the news so far that warrents AUL being against this nomination. She does not have a controversial abortions agenda based on her past decision. Even though she might be a judicial activist, overturning Roe vs Wade would need that sort of activisim since it and numerous other judicial review after the fact has favored it. Meaning, we need judicial activism is the only way for the court to reverse it prior ruling since it would be braking 30 years of judicial precendent.

Worst case scenerio she proves to be pro choice, her replacement will not abset the balance of power.
